My Story.

I’m a healthcare consultant with a mission to elevate patient-centered care through strategic education and support. With over 20 years of experience spanning clinical nursing and the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve dedicated my career to building better systems and outcomes for patients, providers, and healthcare organizations.

With a Master of Nursing and a background in frontline clinical care, I offer a unique blend of clinical insight and instructional design expertise. My hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of patient needs and real-world healthcare delivery.

Within the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve held national and regional roles in medical education, patient support program (PSP) management & strategy, and training & development. I’ve led the design and execution of both accredited and non-accredited education programs, built national PSP training frameworks, and collaborated cross-functionally to align PSP and educational initiatives with brand strategy and compliance.

I founded Empavise to help pharmaceutical companies, vendors, and healthcare teams bridge the gap between strategic vision and clinical impact. Whether supporting a new PSP rollout, developing KOL-led education, or strengthening internal capabilities, Empavise exists to ensure that every initiative enhances both care delivery and patient experience.
